As a local doula with over 30 years of experience, I have the privilege of providing mentorship to Ella. Ella has a passion for supporting families with their pregnancy and birth journey. Ella was my doula for my first born, and will continue to be my doula for my future children. As a first-time mom giving birth during covid and not having my mother by my side, I had lots of fears and worries. Ella helped eased all anxiety, kept the communication open, listened to me and helped keep me as comfort-able as possible. Not only was she my main support, but she also helped my husband who had no clue what he was doing. Her knowledge, expertise and compassion really helped to keep both of us calm. While doctors and nurses can’t be in the room the whole time, Ella NEVER left my side during a 28-hour labor. Thank you, Ella, for bringing my beautiful little boy into this world!
